The HG Witch from Mercury continues to impress with the Lfrith Ur! This was a super quick build running in at under 17 hours with most of the work being decaling using Grework’s set. There’s no seamlines on the kit and amazingly it doesn’t even have any hollow gaps that you’ve come to expect from a HG kit.
There’s really not much else to say except it’s worth picking up as a quick detox build.
Painting
Teal – Gaianotes Stone Green + Gaianotes Cobalt Blue. White added for shading, then original used to post-shade/blend
White – Mr Color 311 (50%) + Mr Color 316 (50%) base coat, followed by GX Cool White for shading
Dark Grey – Mr Color GX Black + Mahogany, then added mix of (Mr Color 311 (50%) + Mr Color 316 (50%)) + bit of grey + Mahogany highlight, then post-shade with original.
Metallics – Starbright Iron + Red Brown Cocoa
